## About the Role

* 5+ years of Cybersecurity or Security Engineering experience
 * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender XDR and Microsoft 365 Defender
 * Experience with vulnerability management and remediation
 * Strong knowledge of endpoint security, networking, TCP/IP, VLANs, and firewalls
 * Experience administering enterprise security platforms
 * Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience

 * Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Purview, Sentinel, or Security Copilot
 * Experience with ThreatLocker and Thinkst Canary
 * PowerShell scripting experience
 * Security certifications (Security+, SC-200, AZ-500, SC-100, CISSP, etc.)
 * Manufacturing or enterprise environment experience
 * Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Daily Responsibilities

 * Design, implement, and improve enterprise security controls
 * Enhance Microsoft Defender XDR detection and response capabilities
 * Manage vulnerability remediation with infrastructure and application teams
 * Administer Microsoft security platforms, ThreatLocker, and Thinkst Canary
 * Support incident response, penetration testing, and compliance initiatives
 * Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and cloud teams to strengthen security
