U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance, * Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience. * U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. * Ability to attain a Secret/Top Secret Clearance. 3+ years' experience managing digital technology projects with oversight of infrastructure and software development initiatives. * Demonstrated strong organization skills and solid problem-solving skills in anticipating and analyzing needs as well as quickly identifying solutions. * Experience building Integrated Master Schedules in MS Project. * Experience managing project financials (EAC, BAC) and forecasting resource demand. ## Description Digital Technology (DT) Infrastructure currently has an exciting opportunity for a Program Engagement Lead (PEL) in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The DT PEL owns the planning, estimation and execution of scope required to support secured Program Work Environments (PWE) within the Collins Strategic Business Units. The successful candidate will be the primary DT touchpoint for assigned programs and be a change agent for digital transformation and new capability adoption.
