The selected candidate will be required to work on-site, full-time at our location. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: * Lead and mentor Classified Solutions staff of cyber professionals and system admins, desktop techs, and network engineers performing direct administration of Information Systems and associated classified networks. * Oversee strict program control processes that mitigate risk and support system Assessment and Authorization (A&A). This includes process support, analysis, coordination, security certification testing, security documentation, investigations, software research, hardware introduction and release, emerging technology research, inspections, and periodic audits. * Oversee the implementation of required government policy (i.e., DAAG, JSIG, ICDs) to ensure compliance. * Work across disciplines to isolate issues between software, firmware, and hardware, between software and operating systems, between networks and applications, and between one-time events and recurrent systematic problems. * Keep multi-user classified servers and networks running reliably (install, patch, upgrade, monitor, configure). * Recommend and implement system enhancements, to include automation, that will improve the performance of the system including installing, upgrading/patching, monitoring, problem resolution, and configuration management. * Lead creation and upkeep of standard operating procedures, and configuration guides. * Align support activities with business goals, managing performance metrics and adapting resources as needs change. * Produce clear written reports and deliver oral briefings for all internal stakeholders and external partners, keeping everyone informed of status, risks, and outcomes. * Interact, meet, discuss, and troubleshoot issues with vendors; evaluate vendor products, services, and suggestions. * Analyze and make recommendations to internal or external customer requirements and determine equipment and software requirements for solutions to problems. * Support customer programs and perform functional management duties based on business needs and performance.
