You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering team and work collaboratively with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, DevOps Engineers, and global stakeholders. In this role, you will: · Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications. · Collaborate within Agile teams to analyze requirements, define testing strategies, and ensure complete test coverage across applications and integrations. · Design and implement scalable automation frameworks and solutions using Selenium, Cucumber, and related testing technologies. · Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing while identifying, tracking, and communicating defects, risks, and quality concerns. · Continuously improve testing methodologies, quality assurance processes, and test automation practices to increase efficiency and coverage. · Partner with Development, Database, Integration, and Production Support teams to resolve quality issues and ensure successful releases. · Manage QA environments, support build and deployment activities, and contribute to CI/CD pipeline quality initiatives. · Leverage AI-enabled and Agentic AI testing approaches to generate intelligent test scenarios, identify high-risk areas, and optimize test execution strategies.
