In this role, you will: * Develop and execute the overall Integration & Test (I&T) strategy and roadmap. * Partner with program leadership to define major integration and test milestones, success criteria, and execution plans. * Lead system integration, verification, validation, and customer acceptance activities across the program lifecycle. * Manage requirements verification, traceability, test methodologies, and engineering metrics. * Develop and maintain the Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP) and other integration and test planning artifacts. * Lead a team of Integration & Test engineers by assigning work, establishing priorities, and supporting technical execution. * Monitor integration and test progress, communicate program status, identify risks, and drive corrective actions to ensure successful program execution.
