* 5+ years of software development experience in C#, Java, or C++.
 * Deep knowledge of the FIX protocol, with hands-on experience implementing or supporting FIX connectivity at a brokerage, trading firm, exchange, fintech, or OMS/EMS vendor.
 * Experience with order routing in a multi-system, global trading environment.
 * Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex, distributed systems.
 * Excellent communication skills - you're equally comfortable talking to a quant, a trader, or a client.
 * Familiarity with financial models or algorithmic trading strategies.
 * Experience with low-latency or high-throughput system design.
 * Prior work with connectivity to global exchanges or dark pools.

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain systems that support electronic order routing across global markets and venues.
 * Build and enhance FIX connectivity for clients, brokers, exchanges, and internal systems.
 * Partner with business counterparts in Susquehanna's Europe and Asia offices to support international expansion and onboard new trading relationships.
 * Collaborate with traders, operations, developers, and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues in a fast-paced environment.
 * Contribute to architectural decisions and advocate for scalable, reliable system design.
 * Document systems, workflows, and integration specifications clearly and thoroughly.
