This role will partner with various pillars across the global Boston Scientific Legal department to develop automation and process optimization solutions, while adhering to technical best practices and leveraging agile principles. The preferred candidate is an individual with strong technical, analytical, communication, process improvement, critical thinking, and business partnership skills. The ideal candidate works best in a team environment, is a self-starter, detailed-oriented, is capable of handling multiple projects, and is committed to quickly delivering high-quality services and solutions within deadlines. The Intelligent Automation Team within Legal delivers innovative business intelligence and data analytics solutions through collaboration with internal stakeholders based on their defined business use cases. We are expanding our team to offer internal capabilities that utilize advanced data strategy tools to bring together structured and unstructured data to solve reporting, visualization, and process optimization needs of the Legal department. We are seeking an individual who will help expand our Center of Excellence capabilities and further the advancement of intelligent automation and data analytics in the Boston Scientific Legal department. This position will report to the Head of Legal Technical Operations. Work Mode: At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy.
