## Description

We're seeking a Level 1 IT Help Desk Technician to support users in a large enterprise service desk environment. This role focuses on providing first-level technical support, troubleshooting user issues, and documenting incidents to ensure timely resolution., * Provide technical support for password resets, account access, applications, and general IT issues.

 * Respond to user requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems or escalate issues as needed.
 * Document, track, and monitor incidents through resolution.
 * Assist users with accessing and using various applications and systems.
 * Follow established procedures and support documentation to resolve issues efficiently.
 * Identify recurring issues and communicate trends to the appropriate teams., This position supports a 24/7/365 service desk operation and includes weekends and holidays., Dashboard
