Associates will gain knowledge of warehouse and operations, gain exposure to creative selling strategies and overall business acumen, establish project management skills and gain product and industry knowledge, all while supporting and resolving issues for customers, managing customer's inventory and expanding their professional networks throughout Wesco. Associates work directly under the supervision of a senior member of the Customer Materials Management Team and are paired with a peer mentor (previous program graduate). Successful completion of the program results in a full-time position. Completing the program means that an Associate has successfully completed the entire twelve-month training program and its requirements.
