* 6+ years of project, program, or delivery management experience.
 * 5+ years of Agile delivery experience in product-oriented environments.
 * Demonstrated experience serving as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Agile Transformation Lead.
 * Experience leading multiple concurrent initiatives across business and technology organizations.
 * Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
 * Proven ability to influence without direct authority.
 * Experience facilitating large-scale planning and cross-functional collaboration.
 * Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Jira
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

## Description

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex business and technology initiatives through Agile product delivery practices while serving as a coach and change agent across teams. This role partners closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Technology leaders, Operations, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives from ideation through implementation. The ideal candidate combines strong program and project management expertise with deep Agile delivery knowledge and proven experience coaching teams, leaders, and stakeholders in Agile ways of working. This individual will help mature product-centric delivery practices, improve team effectiveness, and ensure successful execution of high-priority transformation initiatives., * Lead end-to-end execution of strategic programs and projects using Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.

 * Facilitate delivery across multiple product teams, ensuring alignment to business objectives, roadmap commitments, and regulatory requirements.
 * Drive planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution across complex initiatives.
 * Establish transparency through delivery metrics, executive reporting, and outcome-based measures.
 * Partner with Product Owners and Product Managers to support backlog prioritization, roadmap delivery, and value realization.
 * Manage program governance and executive communications.

Agile Coaching & Transformation

 * Act as an Agile Coach for delivery teams, product teams, and business partners.
 * Coach leaders and teams on Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, Lean practices, and product operating models.
 * Facilitate Agile maturity assessments and develop improvement plans that increase team effectiveness and delivery predictability.
 * Guide teams in Agile ceremonies including:

o Sprint Planning

o Daily Standups

o Backlog Refinement

o Sprint Reviews

o Retrospectives

o Quarterly Planning Events

 * Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, collaboration, and customer-centric delivery.
 * Mentor Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and team members on Agile best practices.

Product Delivery & Stakeholder Management

 * Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners to align delivery plans with strategic product objectives.
 * Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Vendor partners.
 * Resolve organizational impediments and drive decision-making through effective stakeholder engagement.
 * Support change readiness and adoption activities associated with new products, processes, and capabilities.
 * Ensure delivery teams maintain compliance with enterprise governance, risk, and control requirements.
