## About the Role

+ A minimum of a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent; Associates degree or higher is preferred.

 + A minimum of 2 years' administrative/office support experience in a manufacturing area.

## Description

The DuPont Michigan Operations (MiOps) site has an opportunity for a **DP Data Coordinator** to join our dedicated team in **Midland, MI** .

The primary function of this role is to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of Management Systems within the site functions. This role will support multiple leveraged teams/functions (EHS, HR, Engineering, Contract Administration) therefore having the aptitude to adapt to evolving requirements along with excellent written/communication skills are key attributes.

Key Responsibilities

 + Lead, coordinate, and train on the successful utilization of the EHS Operating Discipline Management System (ODMS).

 + Successful implementation and maintenance of both hardcopy and electronic Document Management System (DMS).

 + Ownership of metrics tracking for management systems and EHS incidents.

 + Assisting with site EHS, Sustainability, and Recycling programs, which could include data tracking, invoice tracking, closing gaps, and reporting to help drive continuous improvements.

 + Ownership and maintenance of SharePoint sites.

 + Coordinate site communication.

 + Assist with onboarding process (training, paperwork) of new employees.

 + Assist with the management of site costs, purchase orders and payment issues, and backing up contractor pay specialist.

 + Order supplies, lunches and schedule meetings for functions/teams.

 + Execute other administrative duties in support of the leveraged function/teams.
