* Previous customer service, sales support, order management, or customer operations experience
 * Experience working within CRM or ERP systems
 * Strong data entry and administrative skills
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills

## Description

We are seeking experienced Customer Support Representatives to assist with a large-scale ERP system conversion project. This role is ideal for candidates with customer service, order processing, sales support, or CRM experience who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy problem-solving.

The selected candidates will support customer inquiries, process orders, manage transaction-related issues, and help ensure a smooth transition during a critical business systems implementation., * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat

 * Process sales orders and customer transactions accurately
 * Manage customer requests within CRM and ERP systems
 * Research and resolve order exceptions and discrepancies
 * Route and escalate customer issues to appropriate teams
 * Maintain accurate documentation and records
 * Follow established workflows, procedures, and service standards
 * Support high-volume workloads while maintaining attention to detail
 * Assist with special projects related to system conversion activities
