## About the Role

We are hiring experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultants for multiple remote contract opportunities across the USA. If you have strong functional expertise in Core HR, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Onboarding, or Performance Management, we'd love to hear from you!, * Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud Core HR implementation experience

 * Workforce Structures, Enterprise Structures & Person Management
 * Employment Lifecycle & Position Management
 * Security Concepts & HR Configuration
 * Functional Lead experience on full lifecycle implementations
 * Requirements Gathering, Configuration, Data Conversion, Testing & Deployment
 * Client Workshops, Documentation & Stakeholder Management
 * Experience working on remote, multi-vendor projects
 * US Public Sector Oracle Fusion HCM experience is highly preferred

General Requirements

 * 10+ years of Oracle HCM Functional Consulting experience
 * Hands-on expertise in Core HR, ORC, Onboarding, or Performance Management
 * Minimum 2 End-to-End Oracle Fusion HCM Implementations
 * Strong business process knowledge and solution design capabilities
 * Experience conducting workshops, requirement gathering, configuration, testing, UAT & production support
 * Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
 * Experience delivering remote Oracle Fusion implementations
 * Prior US Public Sector experience (Government, State, County, City, Education, or Public Agencies) is highly preferred
