Certification in sap s/4hana materials management is a plus., 1.SAP Certified Application Associate SAP S/4HANA for SAP ERP Logistics Business Processes (if available). ## Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Programme Leadership & Delivery Governance * Own end-to-end delivery accountability for EHS and ESG technology transformation programmes, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across all project workstreams. * Define and maintain comprehensive programme plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), RACI matrices, resource plans, and dependency registers using PM tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira). * Chair programme governance forums including weekly project status meetings, steering committee reviews, change control boards, and risk and issue management sessions. * Manage programme financials including budget tracking, invoicing milestones, EAC / ETC forecasting, and variance reporting in alignment with HCLTech commercial obligations. * Drive delivery against contracted scope, proactively identifying, documenting, and managing scope changes through formal change control processes. * Coordinate across multiple simultaneous delivery workstreams (e.g., Intelex configuration, Enhesa integration, data migration, training, cutover) ensuring cross-workstream dependencies are tracked and resolved. * Ensure programme documentation - project charters, design documents, test plans, cutover runbooks, and post-go-live reports - is complete, current, and accessible to all stakeholders. Team Leadership & Resource Management * Lead, manage, and develop a cross-functional delivery team of 5-15 EHS consultants, functional analysts, solution architects, integration developers, and test leads across onshore (US/Canada) and offshore (India) locations. * Assign workstream responsibilities, set performance expectations, conduct regular 1:1s, and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members at all levels. * Partner with HCLTech Resource Management and Practice Leadership to plan staffing requirements, onboard resources, and manage capacity across the programme lifecycle. * Foster a high-performance, inclusive team culture that prioritises client outcomes, continuous improvement, and professional development. * Identify skills gaps within the delivery team and proactively work with Practice Leadership and HR to address through training, certification, or targeted recruitment. * Conduct mid-year and year-end performance reviews for direct reports, providing constructive, evidence-based feedback aligned to HCLTech competency frameworks. Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management * Serve as the primary HCLTech point of escalation and accountability for the client, building trusted, executive-level relationships with VP EHS, Chief Sustainability Officer, CIO, and CFO stakeholders. * Lead executive steering committee presentations, programme health reviews, and QBRs - communicating programme status, risks, decisions required, and strategic recommendations with clarity and confidence. * Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes involving client EHS, IT, legal, procurement, operations, and finance teams, managing competing priorities and building consensus around programme decisions. * Proactively manage client expectations on scope, timeli, 1.
