Education: High school diploma or GED required. Other Skills: * General knowledge of mortgage loan services and closing procedures. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with members, title companies, and internal teams. * Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to use computer applications, including Microsoft Office and mortgage-related software. * Good math and calculation skills. * Ability to work effectively under time constraints while managing multiple priorities. * Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. * Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive financial information. Interpersonal Skills: * Frequent interaction with individuals both inside and outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and promoting cooperation. * Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information. * Demonstrates professionalism, diplomacy, and tact when communicating with members, title companies, credit unions, and internal departments. Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
