This role will serve as the functional owner and strategic leader responsible for delivering an integrated COB solution supporting both Commercial and Medicare lines of business. The client, a major Blue Cross Blue Shield organization, is undergoing a core platform transformation, migrating from Highmark's enGen platform to an internally managed ecosystem centered around the Facets core administration platform. As part of this effort, the COB function is transitioning from an out-of-the-box product to a custom-designed solution leveraging Facets, Pega, and Salesforce.
