* 2+ years of experience in business systems, IT support, systems administration, or a related field.
 * Experience with application administration, workflow automation, and reporting tools.
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and business productivity platforms.
 * Familiarity with AI tools and practical business applications.
 * Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience or certifications preferred.
 * Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
 * Experience in financial services or another regulated industry is a plus.
 * Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

## Description

Our client is looking for a technology-driven IT Support Specialist to support and optimize business applications, IT operations, and process automation across the organization. This role will serve as a key technology partner, working closely with leadership and employees to improve systems, streamline workflows, and support day-to-day technology needs., * Administer, support, and optimize business applications and internal systems.

 * Build and maintain reports, dashboards, automations, and process improvements.
 * Provide hands-on IT support, including device setup, troubleshooting, onboarding, and offboarding.
 * Partner with software vendors and technology providers to ensure reliable system performance.
 * Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency and productivity.
 * Support cybersecurity, compliance, and data protection initiatives.
 * Train users on technology best practices and drive adoption of new tools and processes.
