Soft Skills & Abilities * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Ability to explain technical issues in a simple and clear manner. * Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. * Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. ## Description The IT Services Engineer (1st Shift) provides hands-on technical support for employees across all company locations, with a focus on assisting plant production and business support teams. This senior role helps ensure a smooth IT experience by supporting end-user computing devices, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with collaboration tools.
