## About the Role

* 3+ years hands on experience repairing desktops and gaming PCs. A+ certification is a plus, not a requirement.
 * Real depth on modern hardware. You should be comfortable talking about undervolting, PBO and curve optimizer, XMP and EXPO instability, BIOS flashback and CMOS recovery, and why a CPU hits 95C and stays there. If those are new terms, this role isn't the right fit yet.
 * Clear written and verbal communication. You'll write repair tickets and diagnostic notes another tech has to work from, and you'll explain findings to customers at the counter and over the phone.
 * Ability to lift and move towers up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation, and to work on your feet at a bench.
 * Professional, well groomed appearance. Customers see you.

Nice to have: overclocking, custom loop experience, prior shop or repair depot background.
