## Description

* Provide technical support by phone, email, and in person.
 * Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
 * Troubleshoot and diagnose remote users' connectivity issues involving VPN, email, and internet.
 * Configure and deploy new computer systems, including user profile setup.
 * Administer mobile devices and provide user training.
 * Conduct new employee onboarding, including workstation setup and account access verification.
 * Provide printer support, install and update printer drivers.
