Current initiatives already demonstrate opportunities to reduce onboarding timelines, accelerate knowledge access, improve productivity, and increase business impact across functions. The AI Transformation Lead will serve as the business-side catalyst responsible for embedding AI into how Pismo operates, sells, delivers, supports, and scales globally. The AI Transformation Lead is responsible for defining and executing Pismo's business-side AI transformation strategy. This individual will identify, prioritize, and scale high-value AI use cases across all business functions while ensuring strong alignment with Visa and Pismo AI priorities. The role bridges business strategy, process transformation, AI adoption, change management, and value realization. Success will be measured not by AI experimentation but by measurable business outcomes including productivity gains, revenue acceleration, client outcomes, employee experience improvements, and operational efficiency., Enterprise AI Transformation Strategy * Develop and execute Pismo's business-side AI transformation roadmap. * Establish the vision, operating model, and governance framework for AI-enabled business functions. * Partner with executive leadership to identify business priorities where AI can create measurable value. * Serve as the primary business advocate for enterprise-wide AI adoption. Agentic Platform * Establish the foundation of a reusable agentic platform for Pismo (shared tools, orchestration, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop guardrails) so each workflow we ship adds a reusable building block. The goal is a common layer that live workflows run on, making every new build faster than the last and pushing the org from producing work to supervising agents. Business Value Realization Define and track KPIs including: * AI adoption rates * Productivity improvements * Revenue impact * Cost avoidance * Process cycle-time reductions * Employee satisfaction * Client satisfaction improvements * Ensure all initiatives have defined business cases, ROI targets, and measurement frameworks. Cross-Functional Leadership * Influence leaders across all business functions without direct authority. * Facilitate alignment between business teams, product teams, engineering teams, and Visa stakeholders. * Establish executive reporting mechanisms and transformation reviews. * Act as the voice of the business in AI investment discussions.
