## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree in Reliability Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
 * Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Equipment Reliability, Maintenance Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Maintenance.
 * Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance methodologies.
 * Experience utilizing CMMS systems to improve maintenance effectiveness.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret equipment performance data.
 * Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
 * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with:
 * Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
 * Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM)
 * Equipment Asset Hierarchies
 * Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)
 * Experience leading cross-functional continuous improvement teams within a manufacturing environment.
 * Strong background in data analysis, visualization, and performance reporting.
 * Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
 * Demonstrated leadership, coaching, facilitation, and project management skills.
 * Experience improving OEE, equipment uptime, and manufacturing productivity.

## Description

The Reliability Engineer will play a critical role in improving equipment reliability, increasing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and reducing downtime through the implementation of world-class reliability and maintenance practices. This individual will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, IT, and Finance to drive sustainable improvements throughout the organization., * Develop, implement, and standardize equipment reliability best practices across manufacturing operations.

 * Lead and coach teams in the implementation of Equipment Reliability System components, including:
 * Defect Elimination
 * Criticality Analysis
 * Preventive Maintenance (PM)
 * Predictive Maintenance (PdM)
 * Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
 * Condition-Based Monitoring
 * Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM)
 * Champion a proactive reliability culture and promote ownership of equipment performance throughout the organization.
 * Identify opportunities to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), equipment uptime, productivity, and maintenance efficiency.
 * Analyze equipment performance data and recommend reliability improvements based on trends and root cause analysis.
 * Collaborate with Manufacturing Technology, Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, IT, and Finance teams to implement sustainable reliability improvements.
 * Support business units by developing long-term asset reliability strategies and maintenance optimization plans.
 * Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing downtime, extending equipment life, and lowering maintenance costs.
 * Travel up to 50% to support multiple manufacturing facilities.
