## Description

 * Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning.
 * Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration.
 * Stay current with technological advancements and integrate new tools into the curriculum as appropriate.
 * Provide one-on-one assistance to students needing extra help with course material.
