## About the Role

This role focuses on addressing, processing, and reviewing customer service tasks related to suspect Adverse Events (AE) and Technical Product Complaints (TPC). The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and experience working in a regulatory compliance environment, ensuring adherence to all principles of good product stewardship., * Associate's degree (Business, Life Science, or related field); Bachelor's Degree preferred

 * Three (3) years of experience working in a customer service, GMP compliance, or complaint handling environment
 * Strong customer service background with experience in validated systems
 * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products and databases; SAP experience is preferred
 * Good organization and time management skills with strong attention to detail
 * Strong oral and written communication skills and an ability to operate effectively in a team environment
 * Ability to work independently, under pressure, demonstrating initiative and flexibility
 * Basic understanding of veterinary practice issues and procedures
 * Must be able to understand and apply relevant GMPs and have an understanding of pharmacovigilance and complaint handling compliance requirements

## Description

* Address, process, and review suspect Adverse Event (AE) and Technical Product Complaint (TPC) related customer service tasks
 * Process customer reimbursements, legal releases, arrange for product returns, and assure proper customer credits
 * Manage team email inboxes and associated documentation
 * Research pertinent topics, run queries, and prepare reports as requested
 * Participate in call analysis and report trends or issues involving product usage
 * Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
 * Oversee development and maintenance of department Business Processes
 * Perform all company business in accordance with all regulations and company policy and procedures
