Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: * Strong quantitative skills with the ability to analyze data and communicate well-supported recommendations. * Knowledge of PCB design, materials, and manufacturing capabilities. * Ability to develop practical plans and solutions for complex manufacturing quality issues. * Knowledge of process and tooling validation, including PFMEA, DFM, Gage R&R, process studies, CPK, and CTQ definition and oversight. * Ability to manage defect trend data and drive continuous improvement. * Ability to lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts and influence stakeholders across multiple sites and functions., * Power electronics, consumer electronics or commercial electronics background preferred * Experience working with international companies and in a matrix organization; * Proven experience collaborating with multiple sites and functions to drive common solutions. * Prior experience with hardware certification standards (e.g. UL1741) * Mechanical and thermal analysis Certification / License * Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles. * Six Sigma green or black belt preferred. This role supports scale-readiness for a growing family of solar energy and battery storage products. The successful candidate will support material, process, and contract manufacturer selection for next-generation products and lead quality efforts at qualified manufacturing locations to ensure delivery of high-quality products to customers.
