Must have working knowledge of Windows 7, 8, and 10, Chrome OS, Google Apps. Education: Completion of 12th grade or equivalent. Knowledge of: Current network technology, operating systems, procedures and standards. Ability to: Analyze and repair personal computers. Install personal computer operating systems and software; connect personal computers to local area network. Communicate by written response, and verbally to all involved parties. Maintain records and distribute to interested personnel. Prepare reports and presentations. Troubleshoot network as well as local PC problems. Interact positively with department staff and outside personnel. ## Description DEFINITION: Under supervision, perform duties relating to the operation, maintenance and support of the network workstations.
