Responsibilities Front-End Architecture & Development + Lead the design, development, and evolution of modern front-end applications supporting Oracle Health EHR solutions. + Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance user interfaces that support complex clinical workflows. + Drive front-end engineering best practices, design patterns, coding standards, and reusable component strategies. + Build responsive and accessible applications that deliver exceptional user experiences across devices and platforms. + Partner with UX designers to translate complex healthcare workflows into intuitive user experiences. Technical Leadership + Serve as a technical leader across multiple development teams, influencing architecture, design decisions, and engineering direction. + Collaborate with product management, architects, clinicians, and engineering teams to define and deliver strategic roadmap initiatives. + Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote engineering excellence across the organization. + Help establish and evolve front-end frameworks, component libraries, and shared platform capabilities.
