Other Requirements: * Demonstrated experience applying instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Agile, or similar) and adult learning principles to create effective learning experiences. * Experience developing digital learning using enterprise authoring and multimedia tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar technologies. * Experience administering or developing content within a Learning Management System (LMS). * Demonstrated experience leading complex learning projects, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and successfully delivering multiple initiatives simultaneously. * Experience establishing development standards, quality assurance practices, or governance processes for learning content. * Strong consultation, facilitation, written communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence without direct authority. ## Description The Lead Training Developer is responsible for advancing the quality, consistency, and strategic impact of learning across the organization. This role leads projects and efforts that support a cross-functional team of eLearning Developers, Instructional Designers, and Training Specialists, ensuring the creation of effective, engaging, and scalable learning solutions aligned with organizational goals and business outcomes. The lead drives standards, improves processes, and fosters collaboration between SMEs, technical teams, and training teams to deliver high-impact, data-informed training., * Deliver enterprise learning solutions that improve employee capability, technical proficiency, and organizational performance. * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to eLearning Developers, Instructional Designers, and Training Specialists, promoting consistent instructional design practices and high-quality deliverables. * Lead complex learning initiatives from analysis through implementation, coordinating project activities to ensure quality, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives. * Establish and maintain standards for instructional design, accessibility, branding, quality assurance, and course development to create scalable and consistent learning experiences. * Design and develop learning solutions using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies through evidence-based practices. * Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, HR, Compliance, and operational stakeholders to ensure learning solutions accurately reflect business processes, regulatory requirements, and organizational priorities. * Develop efficient workflows for storyboarding, scripting, development, review, testing, and implementation that improve collaboration and reduce development cycle time. * Evaluate learning effectiveness using learner feedback, assessments, business metrics, and performance data to continuously improve learning outcomes.
