Our team is a multidisciplinary group composed of engineers, a Product Manager, and a Product Designer. Together, we're responsible for delivering a robust and user-friendly platform tailored to the needs of our enterprise clients. As a Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for leading and scaling the engineering structure behind our growth initiatives. You'll partner closely with Product, Design, and Data to define the strategic direction of our B2B experience, ensuring it aligns with business goals and user needs. Beyond execution, you will play a key role in shaping our team's structure, fostering a high-performing culture, and ensuring we have the right processes, talent, and technical vision in place to drive sustainable growth across Wellhub's platform.
