The Team

## Description

As a Consultant, Functional Transformation on the SAP business transformation services team, you will be responsible for:

 + Support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration activities, including data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, conversion, and validation

 + Partner with business and technical teams to define source-to-target requirements and resolve data quality issues across migration cycles

 + Migrate employee lifecycle data, including worker master data, organizational assignments, compensation, time, benefits, and human resources infotypes or objects

 + Migrate asset lifecycle data, including fixed assets, asset master records, capitalization details, depreciation attributes, and retirement history

 + Execute reconciliation, testing, and cutover readiness activities to help ensure migrated data aligns with business, finance, controlling, compliance, payroll, and reporting requirements
