## About the Role

* Active Epic certification (must be current)

 * Minimum 3 years of Epic experience supporting revenue cycle or patient access workflows

 * Experience with financial clearance, referrals, or related revenue cycle domains

 * Strong understanding of operational workflows within hospitals or healthcare systems

 * Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, lead discussions, and translate business needs into Epic solutions

 * Project management experience with Epic implementations

 * Willingness and ability to travel when necessary, however, at times you are required to provide high-level services remotely

 * Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required

Preferences:

 * Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS)

 * Additional Epic certifications in: Prelude, Real-Time Eligibility (RTE), Grand Central, Cadence

 * Experience optimizing workflows in complex health system environments

 * Background in workflow redesign, operational improvement, or project leadership

 * Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

As an Healthcare Technical Consulting Senior Associate you will:

 * Partner with a team of healthcare, technical and project management consultants to ensure the seamless integration, data migration and system performance of Epic systems

 * Leverage technical expertise in Epic modules providing support to optimize the systems functionality in workflow and technology to improve hospital operations and financial outcomes

 * Provide guidance and recommendations on Epic applications offering suggestions and participating in discussions on operational and technology improvements

 * Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction
