Additional directly related experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree. * Minimum five (5) years of professional experience performing software quality assurance or software testing. * Active DoD Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one. * CompTIA Security+ certification or the ability to obtain certification within a specified timeframe after hire. * Experience developing and executing software test plans and test cases from documented requirements or user stories. * Experience using automated testing tools, including Katalon Studio. * Experience using Azure DevOps or similar defect and requirements management tools. * Working knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC). * Understanding of common web application security vulnerabilities, including SQL injection and cross-site scripting (XSS). * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative Agile development environment. Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting U.S. Navy, Department of Defense (DoD), or Federal Government software development programs. * Experience testing enterprise web-based applications supporting logistics, supply chain, or business operations. * Experience developing or enhancing automated testing frameworks. * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices. * Experience performing API, database, or performance testing. * Experience working with SQL databases and validating data integrity. * Familiarity with Git or other software configuration management tools. * Industry certifications related to software testing, quality assurance, or cybersecurity. ## Description ITC Defense is seeking a Software Tester (Quality Assurance) to support the Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS). This position is part of an Agile software development team responsible for delivering reliable, secure, and high-quality software solutions that support Navy logistics and business operations.
