The Programmer/Analyst (MB) designs, programs, tests, implements, documents, and maintains software applications and application systems that support **business and manufacturing operations** . This role partners with **end users** and **cross-functional teams** to gather requirements, define **application architecture** , ensure **software compatibility** and **application security** , and deliver **reliable, maintainable solutions** . The Programmer/Analyst also supports **upgrades and enhancements** , resolves issues, and reviews **system performance** to recommend and implement improvements across a **diverse suite of applications** .
