 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 * Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot systems
 * Strong multitasking and Microsoft Office skills
 * Comfortable working outdoors, * Minimum 2 years Field Service Supervisor experience
 * High School Diploma or GED required
 * Drug and background screening required
 * MVR check and reliable transportation required
 * Ability to travel on short notice and work overnight shifts as needed

## Description

* Manage a team of 8-12 technicians (hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions)
 * Ensure preventative maintenance and system uptime meets contractual requirements
 * Spend ~50% of time traveling across the region for field support
 * Conduct daily system checks and schedule technicians based on client needs
 * Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and hardware/software issues
 * Maintain preventative maintenance programs and adjust procedures as needed
 * Provide operational and performance status reports
 * Manage budgets (expenses, headcount, overtime, and hours)
 * Track inventory and submit monthly parts reports
 * Train and evaluate technical staff
 * Approve timecards, travel, and expenses
 * Other duties as assigned
