It handles monitoring, automating, and improving the reliability, performance and availability of software systems. Team members in this domain work on tasks such as automating manual processes and operations, building effective monitoring & alerting into systems, participating in system design and capacity planning and ensuring the smooth operation of systems applications with a focus on application availability and preventing incidents.
