## Description

The Technical Field Support role will provide internal and external product and technical support for a specific power generation, heavy-duty diesel product line, or other OEM products by performing the following duties., * Schedules and conducts Branch training for power products.

 * Compares the training levels of the technician to factory-determined training requirements, identifying areas of improvement for skills and training.
 * Works directly with customers to resolve any product failures or diagnostic issues.
 * Supports new product and service sales team with technical expertise.
 * Develops and instructs service and sales teams on the use of manufacturer-developed software.
 * Ensures the branch is properly tooled to handle all service situations.
 * Communicates any product changes or information.
 * Directly communicates with suppliers.
