What Could Set You Apart: + Hands-on experience and subject matter expertise with Microsoft Azure. + Experience securing SaaS platforms and integrations, including identity federation, API security, data protection, and vendor trust models. + Practical understanding of cloud-native and SaaS security tooling (CASB, CSPM, CIEM, identity platforms). + Working knowledge across infrastructure and application domains, including networking, storage, operating systems, identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), single sign-on (SSO), encryption standards, and vendor engagement. + Technology background in the financial sector. + Experience promoting secure-by-design principles in agile or DevOps environments. + Understanding of various regulatory requirements and laws such as Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and New York Codes Rules and Regulations (NYCRR). + Microsoft Architect certifications, ISC2 certifications, SANS certifications., Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance and the California Fair Chance Act. This role operates as a trusted advisor-embedded within delivery teams-to influence architectural decisions early and ensure security is designed into modern SaaS, cloud-native, and hybrid solutions. The Embedded Security Architect balances strong cybersecurity depth with pragmatic solution architecture thinking, enabling business outcomes while reducing risk.
