## About the Role

Do you have experience in Writing skills?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen

 * Candidate must possess an active DOD Secret clearance (or higher)
 * Candidate must reside within commuting/driving distance of an installation that allows routine SIPR access and be available to perform SIPR activities as required
 * Candidate must have at least 5 years' experience as Scrum Master/Deputy PM on DoD projects
 * Experience using Jira and Confluence for Agile ceremonies
 * AWS Cloud One experience is required
 * In depth knowledge of Microsoft products to include Office and Teams
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Exceptional Organizational and Time Management skills
 * Ability to problem solve and work independently

Desired Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

 * Bachelor's Degree in a technical field
 * Scrum Master certification

Other Essential Functions

The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, make rational decisions, and to exercise good judgment is essential (100%). Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk/hazard to the employee or others.

Work Environment

Office environment. Requires ability to provide clear, concise, accurate and timely communication, both verbally and in writing (100%). ## Description

Alaska Northstar Resources is hiring! We are seeking a Scrum Master/Deputy PM to take on a role that is yet to be awarded. This is a hybrid remote role, and the selected candidate shall be within commuting/driving distance of an installation that allows routine SIPR access and be available to perform SIPR activities as required.

The Scrum Master/Deputy PM will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

 * Support Agile execution and delivery cadence, including participation/leadership in Agile ceremonies (release planning, sprint planning, standups, refinement, retrospectives) consistent with Government-approved Agile methodology.
 * Support backlog hygiene and decomposition (epic/feature/story decomposition into developer tasks) and assist the Prime in maintaining delivery momentum and removing impediments.
