Acting as a neutral third-party representative of the Owner, the CxA ensures that all systems are designed, installed, tested, and validated in accordance with the Owner's Project Requirements (OPR). This role is critical in guaranteeing performance, reliability, and operational readiness of the facility prior to handover.
