This role is responsible for directing the IT department, driving innovation, and ensuring our systems, infrastructure, and security support both operational excellence and an exceptional member experience. Responsibilities include: * Lead the IT department's daily operations and strategic planning efforts * Manage information and communications systems and projects, including voice, data, core processing systems, imaging, security, hardware, software, and office automation * Ensure IT operating practices, hardware, and software meet all regulatory requirements * Oversee deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of all IT systems, including telecommunications, servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals * Develop, maintain, and test disaster recovery plans to ensure readiness in the event of a crisis * Approve and oversee IT projects and vendors across departments * Research and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and enhance service delivery * Develop and manage the annual IT budget * Establish and implement IT policies and procedures * Oversee information security and ensure security testing and audits are performed * Ensure all systems function properly, minimize downtime, and resolve issues in a timely manner * Keep executive leadership informed on IT strategies, plans, and initiatives * Coach, develop, and lead a high-performing IT team * Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain compliance Work Environment & Physical Demands The physical and environmental conditions listed below are representative of those an employee may encounter while performing the essential functions of this job.
