This role offers hands-on experience supporting clinical and administrative users, troubleshooting technical issues, and working with platforms that handle protected health information (PHI) in a HIPAA-regulated environment. This position is ideal for candidates interested in IT support, healthcare IT, or systems administration, who demonstrate professionalism, curiosity, and respect for data privacy.
