You will be the lead point of contact for planning and execution of events, providing support, consultation, and high-level logistics planning. You will execute the event plan against client's budget. This position will support our Show Organizer group under our Growth (Sales) team and is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work on show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be located in McCook, IL., * Able to lead and manage events up to $1 million per event. * Works with Show Organizer clients to produce events once the business has been sold. * Manages client requirements, expectations, and scope changes per event. * Liaison between client and our Creative, Strategy, Sponsorships, Graphic Production, Operations, and other Freeman departments . * Travels to show location to manage event from move-in through move-out. * Responsible for accurate and timely invoicing to be sent to client. * Maintains knowledge of all products and service offerings and assists in upsell to existing clients beyond current contract. * Quotes prices and manages budgets. * Partners with Business Development and Client Relationship teams to renew client business. * Translates client requirements by working within internal systems to disseminate information to appropriate departments in a timely manner to ensure successful onsite execution. * May be primary producing lead or may be part of a team on the execution of events. * Responsible for maintaining and growing partnerships with facilities/venues. * Entertains clients as necessary. ## Related Articles - [Thinking About Joining a Tech Conference for the First Time?
