## About the Role

Do you have experience in Customer service?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, · Associate's degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred

· Previous experience in IT support or help desk environment preferred

· Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, networking, and basic cybersecurity practices

· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and customer service abilities

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Skills

· Experience with network setup and maintenance

· Familiarity with cloud services, remote desktop support, and backup systems

· Understanding of cybersecurity and data protection procedures

· Experience with printers, scanners, and surveillance systems

· Experience with Razor software and related business management systems preferred

## Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented IT Technician to provide technical support and maintain the company's computer systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot technical issues, assist employees with IT-related concerns, and help ensure smooth daily operations of all technology systems.

Key Responsibilities

· Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and networking systems

· Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network issues

· Troubleshoot and resolve system, internet, and connectivity problems in a timely manner

· Set up and manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions

· Monitor and maintain company servers, security systems, and backups

· Perform routine system updates, maintenance, and virus protection

· Assist with installation and maintenance of phone systems, cameras, and office technology equipment

· Maintain IT inventory and documentation of systems and equipment

· Coordinate with external vendors or service providers when necessary

· Ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies
