This candidate should possess a unique combination of sales acumen, ticketing skills, and analytical thinking to support ticketing for clients both on a strategic level and a tactical level. A successful candidate for this position will be able to make data-driven recommendations using sales data, effectively communicate those recommendations to internal teams and external clients, implement ticket programming and optimizations, and accurately measure results overtime., * 5 to 8 years of experience in relevant, data-driven ticketing roles. * Experience with ticketing within the live entertainment industry required. Specific experience with ticketing systems regularly used on and off-Broadway (STAR/Telecharge, Nliven/Broadway Direct, Tessitura, Ticketmaster, Audience View) a plus. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required (Macros & VBA, SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, PivotTables, charting, etc.). Experience with other data analysis or business intelligence tools (SQL, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) a plus. * Strong mathematical skills, analytical skills, and financial acumen required. * Ability to be available evenings and/or weekends as needed required. * Proficiency with marketing or advertising, including media planning and digital media metrics, a plus. * Proficiency with qualitative and/or quantitative research a plus. * Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills required. * Ability to collaborate seamlessly and effectively across disciplines and departments required. * This is a client-facing role: excellent communication skills (written, in-person, and presenting to large groups) are required. ## Description * Ticketing & Pricing Strategy + Oversee all sales and ticketing responsibilities for Serino Coyne clients, including pricing & inventory management, ticketing operations, and sales strategy. + Create, submit, and revise programming to support all aspects of ticketing (regular dynamic and variable pricing adjustments, performance scheduling, special promotions, distribution management, group sales, etc.). + Recommend optimizations to pricing and inventory management based on sales trends to maximize yield. + Manage day-to-day relationships with all sales channel partners, box offices, theater owners, ticketing entities, and show representatives to implement ticketing tactics and strategies. * Data Analysis & Insights + Lead and support sales analysis for client productions, making data-driven, strategic recommendations on pricing models, ticket programming and distribution against revenue goals and projections.
