## About the Role

Do you have experience in IT support?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred

 * 2+ years of IT support experience required
 * Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
 * Experience with Windows environment, Microsoft 365, networking, and basic cybersecurity practices
 * Experience supporting warehouse or operational environments is a plus
 * Familiarity with ERP, WMS, cameras, or inventory systems is a plus
 * Ability to prioritize tasks and respond quickly to operational issues
 * Bilingual English/Mandarin is a plus

## Description

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support for office and warehouse operations, maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues, and assisting with system implementation and security practices.

This role requires someone who is hands-on, organized, responsive, and able to work across multiple departments in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

 * Provide technical support for office and warehouse employees
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, scanner, Wi-Fi, and network issues
 * Maintain computers, mobile devices, cameras, and user accounts
 * Support warehouse technology, including labeling systems, scanners, and operational devices
 * Coordinate with third-party IT vendors and service providers
 * Assist with cybersecurity, access control, backups, and IT best practices
 * Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and SOPs
 * Assist with onboarding/offboarding setup for employees
 * Support Microsoft 365, email systems, file sharing, VPN, and remote access tools
 * Assist with ERP/WMS system implementation and integration projects
 * Monitor and maintain system reliability and uptime
 * Help improve overall IT processes and operational efficiency
