What Sets You Apart: * Hands-on experience with Fuji Nexim or Flex programming. * Experience with AOI programming. * Ability to read and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs) and assembly drawings. * Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of IPC-A-610 Class 3 workmanship standards. * Experience building or supporting manufacturing assembly fixtures. ## Description Acara Solutions is seeking an experienced SMT Technician to support our client's manufacturing operations in Irvine, CA. * Program and maintain SMT equipment, including Fuji (Nexim/Flex), AOI systems, and reflow ovens. * Create and modify pick-and-place programs, component profiles, and AOI inspection programs. * Develop and maintain reflow oven profiles and SMT assembly documentation. * Maintain stencil inventory and production consumables (solder paste, adhesives, gloves, wipes). * Troubleshoot SMT equipment and provide technical support to production operators. * Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Design, and Management to support manufacturing goals. * Follow quality and safety standards and perform additional duties as needed.
