If none, type N/A. 15 How would you describe your AutoCAD experience? ## Description The Building Systems Manager position of the Operations and Maintenance division will have the responsibility of managing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for those facilities under the responsibility of the Department of Support Services. The incumbent will supervise trades staff and administer service contracts in support of these systems and facilities. In addition, the incumbent will oversee building automation, access control, fire alarm, security alarm, video surveillance, and other control systems. Incumbent will direct engineering projects to include defining project budget, developing, reviewing, and approving designs, and performing data analysis.
