In this position, you'll lead the design direction for innovative internal programs and applications utilized by product designers and users worldwide. Your insights will help streamline the product lifecycle management process, ensuring that our teams have the tools they need to succeed. Additionally, you will be a champion of emerging technologies and cutting-edge design practices, empowering our teams to achieve best-in-class results. As a Lead on the Target UX team you will play a crucial role in driving the product development process, ensuring that our designs align with user needs, business objectives, and technological feasibility.
