Technical Skills * Architectural Proficiency: Strong working proficiency in reading, interpreting, and managing architectural/engineering drawings, design concepts, and CAD/BIM standards. * Systems Expertise: Deep understanding of CAFM/IWMS methodologies, relational database functionality, and calculations used for space allocation. * Software: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (particularly Excel for data analytics). Core Competencies * Project Ownership: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage concurrent data projects, handle system integrations, and troubleshoot with minimal supervision. * Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; proven ability to build strong partnerships with internal and external global stakeholders. * Communication: Strong oral, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex spatial data into actionable business conclusions. ## Description The Spatial Data Manager (SDM) is responsible for the overall functionality, data integrity, and governance of the client's Space Management platform across the portfolio. This role serves as the Single Point of Contact and Global System Administrator, ensuring the accuracy of CAD floor plans, occupant data, and spatial analytics while establishing global standards to drive portfolio-wide data confidence., * Establish Core Standards: Define and enforce global program standards for space naming conventions, allocation models, drawing standards, and KPI reporting. * Data Quality Assurance: Implement a rigorous data governance framework to control input sources, maintain data consistency, and run regular quality assurance reporting. * Compliance & Allocation: Proactively monitor the execution of the client's space allocation model, ensuring total compliance with established spatial data standards. System Administration & Integration * System Ownership: Act as the global system administrator for the client's CAFM/IWMS platform, enforcing user access controls, system continuity, and training for system users. * Process Optimization: Recommend system enhancements, workflow improvements, and enable integration efforts with peripheral systems to enhance data availability and quality. * Analytics & Reporting: Deliver regular and ad-hoc space utilization metrics, occupancy data analytics, and allocation deliverables to client stakeholders.
