This role solves complex technical problems, analyzes multiple factors, and collaborates with stakeholders to design, configure, and support information systems to ensure smooth operations., * Provide solutions to highly complex technical problems requiring creativity, ingenuity, and in-depth analysis. * Lead teams and/or projects, coordinate activities, track progress, and contribute to performance evaluation. * Develop team competencies and create documentation materials. * Ensure completion of impact assessment documentation. * Recommend repeatable, low-impact implementation strategies. * Troubleshoot application issues, submit vendor service requests, and follow complex correction processes. * Act as the primary IT liaison with departments/committees and coordinate prioritized requests. * Research emerging technologies and present findings to management. * Prioritize work within area of specialization and report status regularly. * Advise end-users and oversight groups on feasibility and effort of system changes. * Participate in application special interest groups and workshops. * Mentor or precept team members when appropriate. * Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization. * Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned.
